放射性與非放射米懸浮粒子

我公司利用高溫熱分解法生產的奈米金懸浮粒子,特色為粒子表面極其潔淨,沒有任何有機殘留及化學汙染、兼具良好的生物相容特性。潔淨表面上具有非常豐富的電子分布,只要物質具有如

-SH, HS-SH, -NH2,-COOH… 等官能基,

很容易與奈米產生共價化學鍵結合,做為奈米金載體,可將生物物質如蛋白質、DNASiRNA或是特定藥物送入特定組織與細胞內,提供國內外研究機構及生技公司進行新一代藥物與新劑型藥物研究。

我公司將奈米金懸浮粒子用中子照射,成功地使Au197轉變成放射性Au198 R-GNP,並保留其中子活化之前的物理和化學性質。由Au-198發出的 412KeV 伽馬射線,可以透過放射性偵測及SPECT成像系統來跟踪在生物體中的分佈和排出,非離子型的R-GNP在中子活化後同時滅菌。R-GNP保有用於生物醫學應用的多重功能,包括跟踪,診斷和治療能力,提供藥物與醫學研究更深入的視野 。

Gold Carrier/Vehicle

Our nano-gold colloid is characterized in its extremely clean surface. With no any organic residues and chemical pollution, together with its rich electronic distribution and great biocompatible nature, the nano gold clean surface creates covalent bonds to any material with 

-SH, HS-SH, -NH2, -COOH ... and other functional groups.

With this feature, the biological substances such as proteins, DNA, SiRNA or a particular drug can be transferred into specific tissues and cells.

Non-ionic Radioactive Nano Gold Particles 

After the fabrication of composite nanoparticles, they are subsequently treated with neutron irradiation. Through neutron activation, Au-197 captures a neutron and be transformed into Au-198. We succeeded in preserving the physical and chemical properties of radioactive gold containing nano-composites similar to the GNPs prior to neutron activation. 

The 412 keV gamma ray emitted from Au-198 allows for tracing the distribution and excretion of nano-composites via detection of radioactivity and SPECT imaging system. The non-ionic R-GNPs become sterilized after neutron activation.

The R-GNPs possess multiple functions for bio-medical applications including tracing, diagnostic and therapeutic capability, giving insights into nano-pharmaceuticals.
